For the past 20 years, Mr. Monk has been President and CEO of Diversified Marketing Consultants and Associates. In that capacity, he has had contracts with Fortune 500 companies, as well as in the rehabilitation community, where he has developed programs to assist with training and work adjustment.

Don is also a co-founder of the International Organization for Entrepreneurs. 

Don's primary focus is the day-to-day administration of the institute, including resources expansion and development of strategic partnerships, ensuring that the Vision & Goals continue "to help entrepreneurs PROSPER by bringing them together in a spirit of Cooperation, Enhancement & Growth".
